**Part Time Administrator**
Initially 2-3 days per week (flexible on hours) - This is a new role for a growing company based in Birmingham B18.
Salary TBA
.**Roll will include**:
Supporting the finance department and directors in this multi company environment.
Assisting our sales teams with administration duties, where required
Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner and helping both existing and potential customers
Inputting / maintaining data onto our bespoke CRM systems
Providing our customers with valuable assistance both verbally and in written format
Maintaining accurate records of customer correspondence and ISO9001 system
Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, Office 365, ISO9001,
Experience in using a CRM system, training given to accommodate our bespoke system.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
- Able to work to a very high standard both independently and as a part of a team
- Good time management skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 - 20 per week
**Salary**: £8.28-£12.00 per hour
