Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage office tasks, including record management, raising PO numbers, data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal inquiries and assisting with administrative requests, speaking to suppliers, arranging returns and managing credit card transactions Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, catering needs, travel and accommodation, as well as making stationery and PPE orders
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
