Employment Staffing Agency - Mentor Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a Peer Mentor to challenging and disadvantaged hildren and adolescents in need of guidance and support
- Provide educational assistance and tutoring to help students achieve academic success
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to promote positive self-esteem and personal growth
- Act as a role model and advocate for students, helping them navigate challenges and make positive choices
- Collaborate with other mentors and professionals to develop individualised plans for each student

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with challenging children or adolescents in an educational or mentoring capacity
- Knowledge of effective mentoring techniques and strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
