In this role, you will engage with a diverse group of participants, including those involved with the Criminal Justice System. You will ensure the effective management of administrative systems and processes, and take on specific projects to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide guidance and facilitate specific training to volunteers and peer mentors to meet the needs and required standard.
• Support development opportunities for volunteer and peer mentors ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to fulfill their role.
• Provide supervision; challenge and contribute to risk management ensuring volunteers and peer mentors are fully aware of, and understand, the risks inherent in working with the complex needs of others. Ability to manage conflict situations both in groups and individual situations.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation for peer mentors and volunteers are prepared in advance and that information is accurate and up to date.

Skills and Experience
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the Criminal Justice system
• Good knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and databases to provide management information and case tracking.
• Ability to process large amounts of information accurately and to dead
