Responsible for supporting the Head of Employee Communications and Regional CEO, EMEA in developing and delivering a region-specific employee communication strategy that informs, engages and inspires our EMEA population in support of our Company’s purpose, our Next Great Chapter: Accelerate plan and the EMEA business strategy. Provides specific communication support to the Regional CEO on strategic communication needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Own holistic communication strategy and editorial calendar across EMEA and EMEA Commercial, closely connecting with business partners on function-specific content
- Own the strategy, content and delivery of EMEA Commercial-specific employee-facing events (EMEA Town Halls led by Regional CEO, roundtables for Regional CEO, leadership summits) in close partnership with the Head of People EMEA and the Regional CEO
- Develop and execute communication strategies to support EMEA Regional CEO in engaging employees through Workplace and employees and potential employees through LinkedIn
- Delivering high impact and engaging employee-facing events (such as town halls or events in support of employer branding) and managing region-wide events calendar, event delivery standards and branding assets
- Support reactive and risk management communications in partnership with Corporate Communications and Head of People EMEA, as needed
- Support key all-EMEA Global Corporate Communications initiatives and their rollout to EMEA and EMEA Commercial
- Partner with Executive Communications Lead on any CEO and Regional CEO, EMEA trips in the region, as needed
- Execute EMEA Commercial regional employer branding strategy
- Manage core protocols and principles that support efficient and streamlined communication workflow and content sharing
- Oversee meaningful and actionable KPIs and metrics to demonstrate impact
- Work in close partnership with the EMEA Head of P&D Business Partnerships to advise and strategize on communications related to the people approach for the region
- Partner with EMEA Retail Ops & Retail Development Ops to cascade communications through field-specific channels, as needed
- Have a pulse on the organization, understanding how employees are thinking and feeling
- Serve as trusted advisor and strategist to cross-functional partners on communication programming to maximize engagement and cut-through
- Includes writing and editing executive messages / briefing documents, employee communications, organizational announcements, executive PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and more
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications, as needed
- In partnership with Corporate Communications, ensures Regional CEO and team are prepared to engage with local media when required
