This is a very exciting time for our business, and we are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant who is keen to join our Finance Department.

This is a fast paced, high volume, transactional role that requires a high calibre individual with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a similar sized business. This role is based in our Head Office in Great Notley, Braintree.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Processing of invoices from our factories in China.
- Updating spreadsheet for payments made against POs and ensuring invoices are allocated to payments correctly.
- Unreconciled GRN reconciliation.
- Manual reconciliation of the USD + GBP bank account.
- Reconciliation of the PayPal account.
- Processing of chip & pin refunds, including calling customers where necessary.
- Credit Card statements reconciliations.
- Dealing with chargebacks from our credit card company for suspected fraud, goods not as described etc and disputing where necessary.
- Processing the journal for bad debts in line with the above as part of the month end processes.
- Dealing with queries from showrooms.
- Adhoc work as directed by Financial Controller.

**What skills are required?**
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- First level of AAT (or similar) completed and desire to continue.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time management.
- Good IT skills, including Excel.
- Good communication skills.

**What do CareCo offer you?**
- Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full-time hours - 5-day working week, Monday to Friday.
