Receptionist/administration

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information accurately
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using Parenta or other software
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide personal assistant support to Management team or Directors if required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Some knowledge of Xero or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Please note that this position may be in a Children's day nursery setting. Experience in a childcare receptionist role is a bonus.
