Huntswood is looking for Financial Assistance Specialist with a wealth of collections experience to join a leading retail bank support their customer with their financial journey.

As a Financial Assistance Specialist, you will be making outbound calls to customers who are in financial difficulty. Using your extensive collections experience and problem-solving skills your role will be to come up with a resolution that works for thecustomer and the bank. This could be taking a payment there and then, or arranging a payment plan suitable for the customer but also viable for the bank.

This is a great opportunity to use your experience to support customer, **working from home** for the duration of the contract, with all equipment and training provided. This service is open to customer **Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 8pm** so you will need to be available during this time to make calls.

**As a Financial Assistance Specialist will have**:

- 12 months + experience in a telephony-based financial assistance or collections role, within financial services
- A desire to help customers who need further support
- Experience taking payments and arranging suitable payment plans
- Flexibility to work shifts Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm
- Ability to identify vulnerable customers and have the knowledge of how to support them
- A brilliant eye for detail and an ability to handle complex issues
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
