Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join our team in order to replace our existing incumbent who will shortly be retiring.

Handover and training can be provided.

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise computer software to manage office tasks
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain office files and records in an organised manner
- Handle enquiries and requests from staff and clients
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
- Receipt, allocation and payment of supplier invoices
- Payment of outsourced payroll for employees
- Payment of CIS labour only subcontractors including returns to HMRC
- Assisting in preparation of sales invoices.
- Answering of phone calls and transferring
- Any other office-based tasks as time allows

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Xero Accounting (preferable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
