**Senior Business and Logistics Administrator (full time, office based - Bideford Devon).**

**About the Senior Business and Logistics Administrator Role**

1. Sales and Purchasing Support: Act as a key liaison between our sales and purchasing teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. This includes generating purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices, as well as managing customer inquiries and complaints.

2. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers, storage centres, and hauliers to coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods. Monitor shipment schedules, track inventory levels, and ensure the right products are delivered to the right destinations on time.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Generate and maintain accurate records, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, and financial records. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

4. Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve any logístical challenges or issues that may arise during the transportation and delivery process. Take a proactive approach to finding creative solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Business Systems Development: Work closely with the team to support the ongoing improvement and implementation of business systems. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
