We are looking for a Transport administrator to join our office in Bideford North Devon. The administrator will be expected to carry out data inputting duties, POD processing and dealing with customer and depot queries. The job will be an 10 hour shift and will be a 7am start

Evans Transport has been running over 50 years and is still very much a family company with 3 generations of Evans family actively involved in the business.

**Responsibilities and Duties For Transport Administrator**

Key Task Requirements For Administrator
- Have good attention to detail to carry out data processing
- Have a professional phone manner to deal with customer and depot queries
- Able to work on own initiative and part of a team
- Good IT and organisational skills.
- Report any issues effectively and promptly to management
- Be able to work to a productive nature.

**Qualifications and Skills For Administrator**

Key Skill Requirements
- Be flexible to work in different environments
- Willing to learn a new skill set
- Excellent IT Skills
- Have good communication Skills
- Posses good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Have a reason able level of fitness
- Presentable, good attitude and polite.
- Counterbalance forklift experience benefit but not essential
- HGV of benefit but not essential
