Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator/Negotiator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes on a day to day basis aswell as assisting on some property viewings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative skills.

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and other documentation
- Maintain customer databases and update customer records as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system and tracking order status

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
