**Summary**

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading social housing provider, currently looking for a Surveying Manager to join their team.

As a Surveying Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high quality technical service that provides an effective service to residents, maintaining high levels of customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage disrepair cases.
- Challenge the performance of contractors in all aspects of service delivery, including quality of works, value for money and adherence to priorities when necessary.
- Prepare detailed, descriptive and statistical reports.
- Review and agree pricing documents and variation requests for responsive repair work.
- Attend regular progress meetings with service providers.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies including fire, asbestos, legionella and CDM.

**About you**
- HNC or equivalent.
- Recognised professional surveying qualification is highly desirable.
- Customer focused.
- Strong management skills, with experience leading a team of Surveyors.
- Full UK drivers license with access to own vehicle.
