About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team, where you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building surveys and project management services to Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and codes, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- To provide expert advice on building surveys and project management services to clients
- To work closely with the surveying team to deliver high-quality services to Local Authorities and Housing Associations
- To maintain accurate records and reports of all work undertaken
Responsibilities:
- To conduct site visits and inspections to identify potential issues and defects
- To prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients
- To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
