Job Title:

Quantity Surveying Manager

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveying Manager to join our client's team in Central London. As a Senior Employer's Agent, you will take responsibility for managing multiple projects simultaneously and developing excellent time management strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Taking the lead on a range of construction projects and supervising the work of the quantity surveyors, assistants and apprentices in your team.
  • Acting as the principal point of contact with the project client and the other consultants on the design team.
  • Working independently and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of QS / PM services on all projects.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and developing excellent time management strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in running own projects quantity surveying and / or project management from a Consultancy background.
  • Proficiency in measurement, ideally using CostX Measurement Software.
  • Experience in running projects independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related field.
