We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Plowman Craven, a renowned surveying company based in the UK.
Company OverviewPlowman Craven is a well-established surveying company with operations throughout the UK and internationally. Our Monitoring office is based in Southwark, London, and we are currently expanding our services both locally and overseas.
We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager who can oversee the Monitoring business group and support other departments as needed. The Monitoring department includes automated monitoring instrumentation systems for manual movement, environmental monitoring, and engineering surveys.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, staying up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying and automated monitoring.
- Implementing robust data management processes, ensuring accuracy, security, and easy retrieval for reporting and analysis.
- Cordinating the preparation and organization of project documentation, including contracts, access agreements, and reports.
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge of surveying and automated monitoring systems, as well as construction management experience. Your expertise will enable you to provide valuable insights and guidance to project teams, improving project outcomes and quality.
You should have a solid track record of project management in surveying and automated monitoring, with proven project delivery experience. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex ideas simply, and prioritize tasks will be essential to your success in this role.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
