Survey Team Manager

Dyer & Butler is seeking a highly experienced Survey Team Manager to join its Survey team. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £75,000 per annum, along with an excellent benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading survey teams, managing their workload, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and excellence throughout projects. Excellent communication skills are essential, as they will work closely with internal departments and project teams to share knowledge and coach other team members.
Key qualifications include expert knowledge of survey disciplines, including PAS128 (Utility Detection), and the ability to work flexibly, often away from base location. A good understanding of commercial responsibilities, CAD practices, and data management is also required.
Desirable skills include experience with laser scanning, GPR utility detection, and working on railway projects. The ideal candidate will also have a strong attention to detail, ability to interpret scopes and technical information, and good site setting out skills.
