As a key member of our management team, you will oversee and manage a variety of professional surveying works, including condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and building surveys.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in building surveying, with a proven track record in managing professional surveying services within a consultancy environment. You will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.

The salary for this role is approximately £80,000 + bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
