Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveying Professional to work on some of our most prestigious and prominent mixed-use real estate commercial development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy including pre- and post-contract duties
  • Produce cost estimates and cost plans
  • Manage the tender process, review, and analyze tender returns and prepare recommendations to clients
  • Attend meetings, prepare financial reports, and monitor project status
  • Ensure projects remain on budget from design to completion phase
  • Undertake full post-contract duties, including establishing the effect of variations and evaluating and negotiating final account settlements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Accredited MRICS member
  • Experience of high-value and complex projects gained in a consultancy environment
  • Commercially aware with excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office packages, CAD, and CostX
Salary:

£65,000 - £95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
