**Hybrid (2/3 days in office or on site with clients)**
In this role you’ll be working with a broad range of clients - primarily SME businesses but spanning a range of sectors and industries. You’ll be the key HR contact for managers and business leaders on a range of topics; complex ER matters, but also supporting them with their long-term business goals through advising on recruitment and training. You will provide relevant materials on policy, legislation and best practice, and will coach clients through to the right outcome. **The exposure you gain in this role, particularly the variety of clients, will set up further success in your career and expand the possibilities of where your career might take you.**
The role will be a mix of home, office and on site working so you will need to be comfortable travelling to site, but also maintaining a high standard of work when dealing with clients remotely. As the lead HR contact, you will consult with clients on their current and future needs; not just being the HR emergency services but providing proactive advice and consulting with them on how investment in HR, training and recruitment can further the success of the business. All of your clients work on a retained basis so you can build long term relationships with them.
**Ready to be the dedicated HR consultant to a portfolio of businesses?**
You’ll need to be an experienced HR Advisor, with a track record of excellence in handling ER issues, but also having supported on recruitment and training initiatives. You’ll need to be comfortable, and have experience of, drafting new policies and processes, and have sound up to date knowledge of employment law. Given the requirement to travel to site in this role, you must be comfortable with travel to site and therefore have access to a vehicle.
