**About Our Client**:
PageGroup are proudly partnering with a public sector organisation in Sheffield City Centre. This is a permanent vacancy offering a varied role, supportive team, and excellent employee benefits.
- Duties will be varied but will include:
- Providing a proactive support function to the project team
- Monitoring team workloads and allocating resource as necessary
- Provide technical and administrative support
- Plan and monitor budgets
- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of work programmes, risk and issue logs, and other key project management documents
- Provide support to ensure robust financial management of the programme, liaising with project teams and other internal teams (e.g., Finance) to ensure that all projects have the correct approvals, funding sources and properly coded expenditure
- Lead on the completion of multiple funding stream grant claims for the programme
- Proactively provide support on procurement processes to allow projects to be progressed efficiently through the work undertaken by external suppliers

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Have excellent computer literacy and systems knowledge
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have experience collating data and producing reports
- Have good admin experience including raising purchase orders and note taking at meetings
- Have experience working in a project role or in a project team
- Experience with budget/financial management is desirable, not essential
