**Sales Order Administrator £25000**

Located just outside of Macclesfield this organisation which have a nationwide presence are actively seeking a Customer Order Administrator to join their positive and successful team. With hybrid work on offer, the company offers a fantastic place to work and huge opportunities for progression and development.

The hours of work for this role are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support being the 1st point of contact with queries and order issues.
- Process and manage orders and help to manage all stock availability keeping customers informed on order status and liaising with the procurement department on deliveries.
- Provide customer quotations with costings and figures, creating price lists.
- Working with the Head of Sales in managing key accounts and client portfolios
- Providing administrative support for the Service Department coordinating service jobs including breakdowns, repair schedules and invoicing
- Always monitor customer inboxes and accurately manage information on CRM systems.

**Role requirements**:

- Previous experience within a customer service role, order processing, and managing orders.
- Exceptional ability to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
- Attention to detail, ensuring work is executed accurately and completely.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team approach
- Professional and effective communicator, written and oral.
- Strong administrative and IT/computing skills is a must - Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience of working with Navision or similar system and databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
