**Sales Administrator**
**Job Summary**
PEAK Visual Management is an industrial signage and performance graphics business with an impressive client base. We are looking to add to our already dynamic and friendly team an experienced B2B customer facing Sales Administrator.
- MUST live in commutable distance from Bollington, Cheshire. Anyone not, will be rejected instantly.
**Duties**
The overarching theme of the role will be supporting the sales team to engage with clients and help enhance our customer experience.
- Producing quotes for basic solutions with instruction from Account Managers.
- Tenacious follow up on quoted items (primarily via telephone) to understand next steps, further support required or reasons for lost quotes.
- Supporting quotes in progress process with sales support on designs, pricing or specification clarification.
- Liaising with Account Managers on feedback from clients on quotes including discount levels, credit and payment terms.
- Processing of orders.
- Providing liaison between PEAK Operations, Account Managers and Clients on Lead times and project current status.
- Following up on orders supplied to obtain constructive feedback and maintain business relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records through CRM and Operations job tracking system.
- Process card payments from clients.
- Lead generation - primarily through Linkedin, connection development and messaging.
- Regular data feedback (reasons for lost quotes, feedback on supplied work) and reporting to Managing Director.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a professionally minded individual with sales experience. An individual who relishes speaking with and building relationships with clients.
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working as part of a team or independently.

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
