**What are we looking for?**

Alongside our impressive growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales team at the Ampowr UK Office, based in Alderley Park, Cheshire. To be successful in this role, we expect you to be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing essential support to our sales representatives.

**To be successful in this role, you are expected to**:

- Utilize CRM tools to identify and qualify leads, track customer activities and generate analysis to support sales strategies.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create, update and provide sales representatives with sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Coordinate with sales departments to process customer orders and ensure timely product delivery.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer concerns.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- 2+ years of commercial experience, with a solid grasp of the sales process.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and commercial teams.
- Resilient and proactive mindset, comfortable with cold calling and adept at handling objections.
- Methodical and highly organized team player who prioritizes customer satisfaction and ongoing learning.
- Passionate about innovative services and energy transition.
- Affinity with industrial equipment market space would be preferred, although not mandatory.
