We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our successful sales team in the Automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Sales Administrator and a stable career history.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure deals are processed promptly and in order of priority.
  • Accurately and promptly settle all finance deals.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to settle finance companies' financial interests and handle contra settlements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems.
  • Resolve queries to a satisfactory conclusion or pass them to the relevant department.
  • Assist the Business Manager, Sales Team, customers, and other third parties with general queries, undertaking instructions as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator in the motor trade.
  • A stable career history.
