Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure deals are processed promptly and in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely payment of all finance deals.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to settle finance companies' financial interests and handle contra settlements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all systems.
  • Resolve customer queries to a satisfactory conclusion or escalate them to the relevant department.
  • Assist the Business Manager, Sales Team, customers, and other stakeholders with general queries, providing accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator within the Automotive sector.
  • A stable career history.
