We are recruiting an Administrator to join our client, based in Macclesfield. The Office Manager started out in this role and has progressed upwards. She's keen to find someone as ambitious and driven as she was, to follow in her footsteps.

The business is as non-corporate as they come. Wacky and wonderful are the words that spring to mind, especially their office space - arguably the funkiest offices we've ever visited. There's a golden pig in the middle, bean bags galore and a bar upstairs
- what more could you wish for?

You will join a team of 4 down-to-earth and bubbly administrators supporting 5 salespeople. They're an incredibly sociable bunch. They have monthly socials which are a mixture of breakfasts, lunches and evening drinks at the bar upstairs. Work isn't justabout working, right?

**Benefits/ details**:

- Salary: £22k - £25k DOE
- Hours: 8.45AM - 5.30PM Monday - Thursday, 5PM finish on Friday.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off

**What will you be doing as their next Administrator?**

This is an incredibly varied role where you'll support the sales team by getting their orders processed and shipped out to the customers. You will be processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, liaising with couriers and organising transport, orderingproducts from suppliers, raising purchase orders. The list goes on... Once you're fully trained, you will take ownership of your role and will keep on top of the orders and each of the involved parties, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

**What do you need, in order to be considered for the Administrator position?**
- You will need to have some experience within an administrative position, ideally at least 1 year.
- You'll need excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
