**Job purpose**:
This role will suit someone looking for a part time position, who loves organising and being part of a team. The role will predominantly involve liaising with our customers and colleagues.

Our Macclesfield based Business Centre houses several long standing tenants with a great community feel.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be the first point of contact for all tenants occupying the building. liaising with the building manager and project manager.
- Managing The buildings maintenance/ repair jobs reporting to our project manager.
- Managing our meeting room bookings.
- Working as part of a wider team, engage with your customers, colleagues, management team and other departments within
- Answering phone calls for the multiple companies, message taking and call diverting.

**What are we looking for?**
- The ability to communicate with people at all levels in a friendly and engaging way.
- You'll enjoy and have experience of completing administrative tasks.
- You'll be passionate about what you do.
- Ideally, you'll have your own transport (parking is free on site) although not imperative.
- Enjoy working as part of a team to problem solve and deliver an excellent service.
- Experienced and friendly telephone Manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft.
- Strong administrative skills
- Able to manage own workload to flex between essential desk-based tasks and building customer relationships with customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
