**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, including data entry and analysis.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order and adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure that services are delivered as agreed.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed, and all necessary documentation is in order.
- Support team members with other tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,800.85 per year
