Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing a varied portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure, working closely with our Insolvency Manager and Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Progressing a varied portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure.
  • Ensuring statutory reporting is completed on time.
  • Reviewing and identifying claims, ensuring full compliance.
  • Daily use of the Insolvency Practitioners System (IPS) to deal with tasks and processing payments.
  • Liaising with external and internal teams, requesting and reviewing records, P&L and Balance Sheets.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of Insolvency Administration experience.
  • Working knowledge of IPS, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, building good relationships.
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • CPI qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
