Pilgrims Hospices is looking for friendly and engaging _**Supporter Relations Administrator**_ to join our team, providing fundraising and administration support for the Income Generation Team. **The Role**

As a Supporter Relations Administrator you will work as part of a team to manage incoming queries from supporters for fundraising, appeals, campaigns and more. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Provide customer service for all donations and queries from supporters, face-to-face, via the telephone and online in a prompt and sensitive way.
- Input and maintain supporter records on our fundraising database (Donorflex) ensuring a high degree of accuracy to enable subsequent correspondence with the supporter.
- Process donations and event registrations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring monies are coded as per the guidelines.
- Import Direct Debits, standing orders and events registrations into Donorflex.
- Preparation of daily banking, cash handling and initial reconciliation of all monies received daily.

The post holder must ensure that administration is completed to a high standard, in line with standards expected within a healthcare environment.

**Working Arrangements**

This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) and is based at Pilgrims Hospice Canterbury. You will be provided with on-site parking and subsidised meals during your work day.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you should:

- Be educated to A level, or equivalent experience
- Have experience of working with sensitive and confidential information
- Have experience of using a CRM database
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a broad range of people in an appropriate and sensitive way
