We’re looking for a **Senior Sales Professional **to join our team to help us continue in our mission to aggressively grow.
At Black & Blue, we help our 6, 7, 8 & 9 figure entrepreneurial clients grow by building teams, creating systems and processes, and implementing a new culture of accountability. We do this through matching our clients with the perfect EOS Integrators, Operations Managers and Business Development teams.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Hungry for opportunities and personal growth.
- Always learning - they never accept things just as they are, we can all always do better.
- Has proven experience in sales to a senior level - you are highly competent and experienced.
- Totally comfortable with selling multi-6 figure packages. If you feel at all weird about this level of sales, this won’t be for you.
- At home in B2B sales and multi 5 & 6-figure contracts
- A hunter with heart - you're always looking to close the next deal - because you LOVE the impact for yourself, your family, your company and your client.
- Hardcore committed - you don’t make excuses and you keep going until the job is done and the result achieved.
- A great communicator - you know how to adapt to meet the needs of who you’re speaking with, it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Unshakeably confident.
- Always following up - to get the yes or the no.
- Accountable and takes personal responsibility for all you do.
- A process follower, and able to suggest improvements where needed.
Day to day, this role looks like:
- Self-employed
- Flexible schedule - but must have some 9-5 availability
- Hosting sales calls with our prospective clients
- Travel within the UK to client events
- Following up to consistently add value, post-sales calls
- Briefing our delivery team on what you’ve discovered about our new clients
