Job description:
We are recruiting for an exciting **Marketing Manager - New Brand Propositions**opportunity within our Global brands UK Marketing team.

The Marketing Manager, New Brand Propositions is responsible for the development, launch and execution of innovation across the portfolio with specific focus on the priority Global brands, Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Asahi Super Dry.

Working with the Director of Brand Marketing, this role will lead the commercialisation of Global innovation platforms to achieve UK business targets and be responsible for creating the UK business case and gaining approval from senior stakeholders - withinAUK and AEI.The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the annual activity plan, leading all marketing launch plans and establishing innovation in market before passing over to the brand teams to deliver against growth commitments. The successfulindividual will be the marketing interface with a view to fostering exceptional working relationships which in turn must ensure the successful management of the brand and delivery against the brand plans. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the InnovationManager who is responsible for the operational delivery of new products and innovation through the supply chain and by owning the project management.

**Key accountabilities**
- Working with the Innovation Manager and Director of Category and Insights to identify innovation growth opportunities across the Asahi UK portfolio and developing and articulating the long-term innovation agenda for the UK.
- Partner with Global Brands team to develop and influence innovation to maximise the opportunity for the UK portfolio and business.by providing strategic input to the long and short term NPD agenda.
- To deliver successful initiatives, which hit gate 3 expectations and deliver against key business KPIs and take ownership for P&L and market share delivery.
- Leads cross-functional brand teams to prioritize projects and resources to deliver against KPIs and goals.
- Develop and deliver a full mix marketing plan that effectively drives Innovation performance in the short and medium term
- Work hand-in-hand with customer teams and supports sales materials development, category selling stories, and presentations.
- Providing on-going support in the delivery of the launch plan to time and within budget benchmarking using the Commercial Investment Framework
- End to end project management. Defining a range of projects and executing within strict timelines and with multiple deadlines across the business.
- Execute brilliantly and co-ordinate all partners (internal and external) cultivating effective working relationships helping to deliver standout executions, meeting strategic brand objectives
- Review and adapt plans to meet commercial and brand performance target, providing on going performance reviews to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse consumer trends and understand the impact on execution.
- Guardianship of Grolsch and Pilsner Urquell brands in the UK.

**Experience required**
- Experience in a marketing management or brand management position in an international FMCG company
- Understanding of the role of innovation in driving business performance and how to capitalise on the opportunities.
- Experience identifying and articulating innovation opportunities to drive business performance.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of best practice marketing principles and techniques
- Strong experience of commercial management and understanding how P&Ls operate and how money is made
- Proven experience in managing marketing projects through to successful completion
