Job description:
We're recruiting for an exciting **Trade Activation Manager**opportunity within our On Trade, Trade Marketing team.

The **Trade Activation Manager** will manage and deliver below the line marketing activity for all AUK brands within the relevant **Wholesale, Managed Mults & Field Sales On Trade channels**, collaborating and activating with customers.

They will be responsible for developing and activating marketing initiatives across all customer platforms; within store, outlet, online and media. They will manage day to day relationships with relevant customer teams and run the activation calendars ensuringplans are delivered to meet the needs of customers and AUK and executed in line with our super premium positioning.

**Key accountabilities**
- Develop best in class activation within customer environments
- Develop and activate customer activation plans
- Develop marketing conversations and implementation within key customers following guideline from controller strategy
- Feed into BTL planning process for channel and brand plans for IAP, taking ownership of plans
- Develop technical ability to understand insight from on-trade customer and agency data to understand key trends and opportunities. Utilise opportunities to influence controller, and wider marketing team and customers.
- Collaborate with wider Marketing Team and PRGM team such as insights and category to create market leading plans that drives Super Premium conversion
- Management of in outlet executions, deployment and post evaluation developing efficiency & effectiveness strategies
- Work with Controller to create long term customer strategies
- Implement NPD within the channel
- Project lead customer led pack change and innovation in line with strategy
- Work collaboratively to create new, premium solutions that drive RoS and brand equity for AUK brands
- Develop and nurture relationships with key customer contacts

**Experience required**
- Commercial experience in an FMCG environment, preferably premium drinks.
- Trade or Customer Marketing experience
- Experience of working in cross functional teams
- Strong project management
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Creative with an eye for new ideas
- Ability to identify insight and deliver projects through to action
- Solution based thinker with commercial acumen. Ability to think ‘outside the box’.

- Strong solutions focus and must be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
- Evidence of having delivered successful brand building initiatives

- Is focused on key customer deliverables and acts with focus, avoiding unnecessary complexity
