The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Team is an integral component of Global Marketing and works across the full spectrum of digital disciplines to deliver content, campaigns, technology and reporting, to support the business in its revenue and awareness raising efforts. The team works closely with stakeholders across investments, sales and technology to deliver effective, innovative and creative solutions, priding itself on being dynamic, focused and self-starting.

They will possess a hands-on, can-do approach to work, interrogating briefs and planning delivery capacity accordingly, whilst continuously looking for opportunities to develop. They will possess a natural curiosity which will enable them to find solutions and challenge convention, to be comfortable sharing opinions and to have the courage of their convictions, whilst establishing and maintaining strong and enduring working relationships with creative marketing and digital associates, in order to deliver 'best-in-class' output.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Own and manage multimedia production in support of global and regional content and campaign activities
- Work with creative services and digital marketing teams across all relevant teams to interrogate briefs and plan delivery capacity accordingly
- Take responsibility for the design and development of multimedia marketing collateral
- Produce, shoot, and edit to ensure video quality is maintained
- Work with briefs in the system to create concepts, including the development of storyboards for animated collateral
- Establish strong working relationships with creative marketing and digital associates to deliver the best-in-class output
- Showcase innovation in the design and delivery of multimedia output
- Actively work with the IT department and creative marketing team to provide input and expertise into the evolution of storage, webinar and studio facilities
- Work alongside the brand team to define new standards for multimedia output, as well as refine and maintain existing visual identity standards

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

- Demonstrable track record in end to end video production
- A demonstrable ability to work autonomously whilst delivering high quality results
- Excellent Motion Graphics skills
- Excellent Keyframe Animation skills
- Excellent Graphic Design skills
- Excellent Art Direction skills
- Experience Ad Serving to all platforms
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Desirable:
Experience working for financial clients or larger corporations either directly or through an agency
