Our people are the heart of easyJet – from our frontline teams who are the face of the airline to everyone who support them in our office locations across our network. Everyone has a part to play in helping us reach our destination of becoming Europe’s most loved airline. From understanding how our operation works to how each person contributes to our overall performance – the internal communications team play a key part in shaping employees experience of working here.

Our primary focus is on engaging our frontline. But we only have a limited time to catch their attention and get our message across. This is a new role in our internal communications team and will play a central part in helping us make that change. You’ll help guide and inspire those you work with and develop content that will ring our channels to life for everyone across the network. Be responsible for the entire process, from planning to delivering the final mixed media asset. Provide guidance on enhancements based on measurement and stakeholder/audience feedback. Support the deployment of assets across our internal channels and manage the production process with stakeholders.
