**Job Title**:Multimedia Content Creator
- **Level & Responsibility**:This role is at a junior level and will have responsibility over the visual identity of our brands and content creation, for both our UK and North American audiences
- **Salary**:33,000+ per annum, depending on experience, and a 10% discretionary bonus
- **Location & Hybrid Working**:London, a minimum of 2 days in the office per week

**The role**

We are looking for a Multimedia Content Creator to join our Creative Department who will be responsible for creatively helping take our SMG brand and clients' comms to the next level - at a time when it’s more important than ever to stand out. You will work with the Marketing Team to drive brand fame for SMG, its agencies, and tech outfits - especially Threefold in the US, Capture, and retail media partners. You will flex your creative muscle on Multimedia content briefs by owning the brand's look & feel, all assets for LinkedIn, website, blog, events & sales collateral, ensuring we look the best in the business.

You will be responsible for the visual identity of our brands and content creation, for both our UK and North American audiences - helping us tell our story in a planned, audience-driven way, through best-in-class multimedia channels. You’ll influence how we develop our visual communications and lead SMG’s video and image content plan, enhancing the brand experience across our websites, award entries, social media channels (LinkedIn), webinars, case studies, owned events, and newsletters.

- Ability to generate fresh, original ideas from a creative brief.
- Can share a portfolio of creative examples across multimedia channels - produced for agencies and brands.
- Has experience working on B2B projects.
- Video editing ability - Premiere Pro and (grounding in) After Effects.
- Confident and experienced in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Confident working in PowerPoint and Google Slides to create presentations.
- Can play their part in a collaborative team environment, but also have an entrepreneurial and explorer’s curiosity.
- Driven by creative excellence, with an expectation of delivering the best possible work, no matter the project size or budget.
- Technical understanding of formatting and deliverables, especially in the digital content, and social media channels.
- Able to conjure great creative territories and turn them into stellar multimedia digital content.
- A keen interest in innovation and how tools such as Generative AI can be used to enhance creative output.

**What you'll be doing**

- Develop our visual identity and brand vision across the Group.
- Build best-in-class marketing templates (graphic design) for use across social media (LinkedIn) and devise social-first ideas for organic and paid advertising.
- Design for printed materials, website, blog, social media, and newsletters, uploading content to our CMS and CRM systems for use.
- Work in PowerPoint and produce slick, engaging, and storytelling presentations for flagship presentations such as pitches and events.
- Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit a variety of video content, from case studies, award entries to vodcast interviews.
