London, United Kingdom easyJet Full time
Multimedia Content Specialist(14737)

Description

Internal Communications Multimedia Content Specialist

Luton/ Hybrid

From our frontline teams who are the face of the airline, to everyone who supports them in our office locations across our network – our people are the heart of easyJet. Its our Internal Communications Team that make sure that they are kept informed, engaged, and continue to feel proud to be a part of easyJet in our drive to become Europe’s most loved airline. And by joining us in the newly created role of Internal Communications Content Specialist you’ll have an important part to play in this.

We know our teams want more visual communications that keep them informed of what’s happening. Collaborating closely with our wider team, you’ll plan and produce purposeful mixed media content that enhances their understanding of our strategic priorities and brings it to life in an engaging way. Taking responsible for the entire process, you’ll do this through:

·Creating and overseeing the mixed media content calendar

·Engaging with key stakeholders to create visually compelling content that aligns with their communication objectives

·Taking charge of in-house production for live events, elevating both participant and presenter experiences

·Supporting the deployment of assets across our internal channels, working with our in-house studio to ensure brand alignment

In short you’ll help guide and inspire those you work with, take ownership, and develop content that will bring our channels to life for everyone across our network. In return, you’ll not only get the great benefits and perks and you’d expect of a company like easyJet (such as share schemes and discounts on flights and holidays) but you’ll get to work with people who are energised, positive, inclusive, united by purpose, ready to meet problems head-on, and who have your back. We’re here to win together. We call that our ‘Orange Spirit’, and you’ll get to share that too.

What you'll be doing

You’ll bring with you extensive experience in mixed media production, demonstrating proficiency in planning, creation, and the post-production of assets within a dynamic organisational setting. This will include hands-on experience in shooting and creating content. Familiarity with Workplace, Microsoft Office tools (such as Sharepoint and Stream), editing tools like Camtasia or others, and expertise in platforms such as Vimeo is essential.

easyJet is a place where you’ll work cross-functionally in a matrixed business with multiple stakeholders – so you’ll need to be organised, able to prioritise workloads, have great communication skills, and be able to meet tight deadlines.

We’re looking for a solution-focussed team player, so you’ll be willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics - but also able to work independently in a high performing team. Lastly you’ll have a continuous improvement mindset, fostering curiosity and a willingness to explore new content creation approaches.

Requirements of the Role

What you’ll get in return

>  Competitive base salary

>  Up to 20% bonus

>  25 days Annual Leave

>  BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes

>  5% pension

>  Life Assurance

>  Flexible benefits package

>  Excellent staff travel benefits

> Work away options

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 3 days per week in the office.
