The main office has opened a vacancy for an enthusiastic and creative person to take on the role of Customer Service Advisor, for an immediate start.

You will become an integral part of the business, helping to ensure smooth running of the daily operations.

Hours of work
- Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm - 37.5 hours per week (These hours may change due to work volumes and business needs, so a flexible approach is required). During the busy summer period, Saturday morning working may be required to work on a rota basis.

Job Duties
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, your main duties will include;
Basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying and archiving.
Accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Communicating clearly between customers and staff members to ensure customer requests are executed accurately and on time.

Personal Qualities
Possess a good understanding of the English language, written and verbal.
Be able to prioritize workload effectively, especially during busy times.
Conduct themselves in a polite, friendly, and supportive manner.
Be well organized and adapt to change effectively.
Be able to listen well and carry out tasks quickly and efficiently.
Demonstrate a consistent positive attitude and not be hesitant in asking for help when needed.
Have an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures as required.
Be keen to improve your ongoing performance through self-analysis and constructive feedback.
Promote a good working environment where team work is a key aspect.
Offer an excellent attention to detail, as accurate data input is of high importance in this role.
Be aware of workplace confidentiality policies and conduct yourself accordingly.

Pay: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
