To provide comprehensive, high-level project and work resource allocation management to the OD and Staff engagement team, providing project management support on a range of complex and challenging projects across all Directorates

Support the Organisational Development and Staff Engagement teams in the delivery of local operational plans.

Be responsible for the oversight, management and delivery of key projects including talent development, leadership development and coaching.

Lead on project management in the team, and will support other members of the team to ensure their projects are delivered on time and in budget, and will produce monthly reports, escalating projects at risk.

Be responsible for all logistics and planning relating to Conferences, internal programmes (such as Career Development workshops and ‘Healthy and Compassionate teams’ requests), external programmes and other organisational development events and activities.

Support the delivery of the annual Staff Survey and quarterly pulse surveys and support the team to ensure they have the necessary resources and equipment to deliver their roles effectively
