Project Support Officer Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Officer to join our team in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will provide essential support to Project Managers, helping to deliver business transformation projects.

You will be responsible for developing stakeholder relationships, supporting project planning, and facilitating meetings to drive project success. A strong background in Project Support / Programme Support, preferably within the public sector, is required. Key skills include:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  2. Support Planning and Delivery: Assist Project Managers in planning and executing projects.
  3. Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate meetings to promote collaboration.
  4. Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Contract Details: This is a 3-month initial contract with potential for long-term extension. An estimated salary of £26,000 per annum is offered, based on 260 days @ £100 per day.
