**THE ROLE**

Due to an innovative change in how patients access care, The Strand Medical Surgery in Goring-by-Sea is looking to recruit a bank and part-time receptionist to join their team.

Your role will involve: meeting and greeting patients at our front desk as well as assisting patients over the telephone, hence people skills and empathy are a must.

**WORKING HOURS**

The core business hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30, with occasional weekends (at your choice) however we need to ensure the surgery is open on time and closes down appropriately, therefore you shift will start either 15 minutes before or after the opening or closure of the surgery.

**PAY**

We offer a salary of £11.44 per hour during the 6-month probationary period, raising to £11.50 upon successful completion. Furthermore pay is reviewed annually and you will be entitled to NHS discounts at various outlets.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44-£11.50 per hour
