New Business Executive

You will join us as a Business Development Manager working in a territory assigned to you, and you will be approaching independent businesses. The role includes maximising opportunities with 99% of the market to approach, referral generation and networking to identify and close new business sales.
**Business Development Responsibilities**:
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

- Must have a hunter mentality and be driven to earn high commissions and incentives
- Result orientated with a determined attitude to hit and exceed targets
- People person with the tenacity to maximise every opportunity
- A professional work ethic
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
