**Leadership Opportunity:**

New Look is seeking an experienced and ambitious **Store Manager** to join our Nottingham Listergate team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere within your store and driving sales growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work with a talented team of fashion enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a store manager or deputy manager in a retail environment, with a proven track record of effectively leading and managing high-performing teams.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and inspire a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver outstanding results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
  • Create a customer-centric shopping experience that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with our Territory Leader to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.

**Requirements:*

  • Prior experience as a store manager or deputy manager in a retail environment.
  • A proven track record of effectively leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.

**Salary Range:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package including generous staff discount, performance-related bonuses, and access to our rewards platform Runway.
