**Job Title**: Customer Service Coordinator
**Salary**:£22,000
**Location**: Speke
Responsibilities Support Services Co-ordinator:
- Coordinating and managing support services for our customers
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Managing customer records and databases
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Generating reports and maintaining data accuracy
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements Support Services Co-ordinator:
- Customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
