**Accountable to**:SSOP Manager and Chief Executive

**Location**:YPAS Community Hub and peripatetic delivery _(if applicable)_

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Recognised qualification in therapy, social work, youth work, advice and guidance, mental health (diploma level or above)
- Supervision
- Leadership / Management

**Essential Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with children and young people
- Working with families
- Working with community projects
- Working with voluntary sector services
- Working with statutory sector services
- Working with across health, education and social care
- Anti-oppressive practice
- Safeguarding children, young people and families
- Routine Outcome Measures (ROM’s)

**Job Purpose**:

- To coordinate and lead our dynamic Wellbeing Leadership Team ensure consistent delivery of wellbeing service across community hubs
- To supervise multi-disciplinary team of Youth Workers, Social Workers, Parenting Practitioners and Children and Young People WellbeingPractitioners (CYWP).To work follow direction of YPAS Wellbeing YIACS Development Manager to ensure the strategic direction and operational delivery of the Alternative to Crisis, Primary Care Liaison and Community Hubs provision.
- To work collaboratively with Senior Leadership Team of YPAS Development Managers and Coordinators to ensure the strategic direction and operational delivery of Youth Information, Advice and Counselling Services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To assist in the development and delivery of the Wellbeing Services.
- To assist in the development of annual development plans.
- To monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in reasons to procured contracts and SLA’s.
- To provide data and service reports as and when required.
- To ensure the consistent mapping of local services to identify gaps in provision for Children, Young People and Families.
- To establish and maintain sound working relationships with cross sector mental health services within health / education and social care.
- To foster positive working relationships with partner agencies.
- To ensure the Teams follow the Clinical Management process.
- To provide line manage the Wellbeing Team Leads.
- To coordinate team meetings schedule and development days.
- To ensure the teams maximise the use of routine outcome measures in all aspects of service delivery to assess, monitor, evaluate and demonstrate impact.
- To ensure the teams record and enter data in accordance with YPAS’s patient management system (IAPTUS).
- To ensure the teams follow YPAS’s policy and procedures.
- To ensure the teams adheres to YPAS’s quality assurance systems and processes
- To manage and maintain a limited caseload.
- To ensure the training needs of the teams are identified, with the encouragement to access training opportunities as part of the CPD (Continuous Professional Development).
- To be committed to value based and anti
- discriminatory practice.
- To ensure Information Governance compliance Safeguarding Children and Young People personal data.
- Any other duties as required by the YIAC Services Development Managers.
