**Project Coordinator - Technical Department**:
Aabyss are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Technical department. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Track project milestones and report on project status to stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support the project team in resolving technical challenges

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of technical project management methodologies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
