We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Construction Coordinator to join our team. As the Construction Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing construction projects, scheduling tasks, and coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building regulations are met
- Communicate regularly with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are running smoothly
- Review and approve invoices and other project-related documents
- Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates
- Assist in developing new project proposals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or project management
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

**Salary**: £21,275.06-£31,000.00 per year
