Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator Location: Liverpool, Northwest, UK About the company: The company are an experienced Chartered building company based in the Northwest. About the role: - Liaising with the following: Retrofit Assessors, Installers, Government quality standard organisation, TrustMark/Certified bodies and accreditation schemes to resolve disputes arising from audit failures, and colleagues (resolving issues and identifying system/process improvements). - In regard to PAS 2035 - Ensuring compliance under ECO and other relevant schemes, Complete compliance checks - Responsible that compliance documents are completed accurately and checked in terms of project documentation and are in line with appropriate PAS standards and evident for multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects. - Initial contacting of installation company installers when needed. (Point of contact for answer design choice queries). - Operate under company frameworks in order to assess: quality of work and works are completed in an effective manner. - Point of contact clients and team members. - Using TrustMark Data Warehouse to submit projects. Retrofit Coordinator Role: - Experience working in, or understanding of, the ECO sector. - Knowledge and understanding of PAS2030/ PAS2035. - Previous/Current construction industry based experience. I.E. Working as a Contractor, Surveyor, Site Manager/Agent or Clerk of Works etc. - A sound understanding Building Physics principles relating to the fabric of existing buildings and the potential consequences of retrofit energy efficiency measures. - A sound understanding of building services systems – such as heating, insulation and ventilation systems.
