The Training Programme Director inEmergency Medicine (Mersey/North West)will support the Head of School in the Strategic Development of the School ofEmergency Medicine.
- The post holder will lead on the development of the School’s Wellbeing Strategy with a particular focus on Neurodiversity as well as supporting the School to develop an Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Policy to ensure training is delivered in a fair, equitable manner that recognises and maximises the contributions to be made by all trainees and trainers.

The post holder will be a member of the School Board and support the School Operational Programme.

Please note there are two roles covering the NW and the Mersey regions

Work in collaboration with the Head of School and other Training Programme Directors to develop a strategy for Wellbeing and Neurodiversity as well as supporting the School’s development of an Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Policy that together support the education, development and work of Emergency Medicine trainees and trainers.

Work in collaboration with the Head of School forEmergency Medicineto develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy which supports the recruitment and retention ofEmergency Medicine.

Work in collaboration with the Head of School forEmergency Medicineto develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy which supports the recruitment and retention ofEmergency Medicine.
